Follow-up, automation & client QA

Follow-up, automation & client QA

Run the hours after the form: Saturday SLA, CRM stages, a 3-message sequence, show-rate recovery, and a weekly Priya will actually read.

This is agency ops, not another ads brief. You will map who owns a Saturday 11am form when nobody is on chat, write stage entry/exit rules a junior can run, draft the three messages a human still has to finish, recover a no-show, and catch a bad claim before it leaves the tenant. The grade is a Cedar & Stone workflow plus an owner weekly — not CTR, not match types.

Module 1

The first 72 hours and the board

A form at Saturday 11am is a dispatch problem. Name the owner, the stage, and the three messages.

Module 2

Show-rate, the weekly, and QA

Recover the no-show. Write numbers, one problem, one ask. Catch the line that must not ship.

Why finish it: HubSpot’s inbound and CRM certificates teach stages, speed-to-lead, and a client-ready vocabulary. That is the language of our automation course. Complete Inbound or CRM, upload the PDF, then write Priya’s Saturday SLA — HubSpot will not invent Cedar & Stone’s no-show branch.

Time: About 4–7 hours. Inbound first if you are new.
