Q&A and posts that book, not chat
In this lesson
- Answer a Maps question with a fact and a next action
- Write one post that a Saturday buyer can use
Q&A is FAQ with a street address
Shoppers ask: “Are you open Saturday?” “Do you have financing?” “Do I need an appointment?” Answer with the hours on the card, the offer you can keep (same-day decision on approved credit — not “everyone gets approved”), and how to start. If you do not know, write unknown and go ask Dana. Do not let an anonymous “yes we are the cheapest in Maryland” sit unanswered — flag it and replace it with a fact. Seed three questions you actually want answered: Saturday hours, test-drive offer, whether they must book. A spa seeds: last appointment time, how to book, cancellation window. Never seed medical claims.
A post is a short ad with a date
“Happy Friday from the Northfield family” is not a post that books. “Saturday 9–5: 48-hour test drive on used CUVs. Same-day financing decision on approved credit. Tap the website button for this week’s inventory.” That is a post. Put an end date. Do not leave a Christmas offer live in March. Do not screenshot another dealer’s sale board. Photos in the post should be the lot or a unit you still have. If the unit sold, take the post down. Skillshop will show the post button. This lesson grades whether a stranger could use the post without calling to ask what you meant.
If the post cannot name the hours, the offer, and the next tap, it is a greeting — delete it.
Exercise
Three Q&As + one post
Write three Northfield Q&A pairs (Saturday hours, financing, appointment) and one Saturday post with an end date. No “#1” claims.
Deliverable: 3 Q&A pairs + 1 dated post.
