Verify, then send — a human still owns it

Before send: (1) proof-log row exists for every recipient, (2) topic matches the yes, (3) STOP language is on the message, (4) clock is inside quiet hours, (5) names, unit, and hours are true — a CR-V that sold at noon does not go out at 3. A human ticks the five. A script that “just sends the segment” is how you text a do-not-send list. Academy tutor will not press send for you and must never create a CRM lead.

Dana wants a 200-row Saturday CUV blast at 7:40pm. Check 1: forty rows have no proof-log date — hold those. Check 2: twenty rows said yes only to a service reminder — hold those. Check 3: the draft forgot STOP — rewrite before anyone is queued. Check 4: the closer leaves at 8pm, so 7:40 is inside hours but a 9:10 retry is not. Check 5: two CR-Vs in the copy sold at 4pm — cut those sentences. What remains might be eighty people. That is a send. The other 120 are how you stay out of a complaint. Write the five checks on the sheet. If you cannot show the sheet, you do not get to say the algorithm sent it.
