The proof log a second human can audit

In this lesson

  • Design a four-column proof log without vendor secrets

If you cannot show the yes, you cannot defend the send

Build a log a GM can read without opening a vendor console: date of yes, channel (form / verbal-written-back / booking), exact sentence shown, topic scope, who captured it. Store it in the CRM field or a sheet — not in a Slack screenshot. When STOP arrives, log the date and kill the row. Verification is reading this log before a campaign, not after a complaint. You do not need a campaign ID from a carrier to do this homework. You need sentences a stranger would call fair.

Verbal yes still needs writing

If a closer says “can I text you Saturday morning?” and the buyer says yes, the closer writes it on the CRM row the same hour: “Verbal yes 11 Mar, Saturday reminder only, buyer asked for 9am.” A sticky note on the windshield is not a log. A tutor chat is not a log. Academy tutor will not create the CRM row for you. Type the fictional row yourself.

Consent check

Which row is a sendable yes for a Saturday CUV text?
They replied STOP. What happens next?
True or false: Homework may include a Twilio SID or 10DLC brand ID to look complete.
True or false: A 10:47pm “we are here now” blast is fine if the algorithm is awake.
True or false: “It is in the DMS” is enough proof to start a marketing blast.
