Wireframe the booking page in words

In this lesson

  • Name the section order of a booking page and what each section must contain

Five sections, in this order

A booking page is not a homepage with a form taped to the footer. Write the wireframe in words, with named sections, in this order: (1) HeroOffer — the job they clicked (CR-V / $129 fall tune-up), the town, hours, and a primary CTA that books or calls. (2) ProofStrip — reviews, license, real address (Dual Highway for Priya; Frederick lot for Dana). (3) InventoryOrService — the thing they came for: a filtered CR-V grid, or three bookable HVAC jobs with price and a next step — not a 14-item brochure. (4) BookingForm — identity + intent only (name, phone, timeframe, job type). (5) TrustFooter — written estimate / 48-hour test drive, service area, what you will not do (no Baltimore dispatch; no invented “#1 in Maryland”). Chrome, not a sixth novel: StickyCallBar in the thumb zone with hours on the tap. If a section does not change whether they book, cut it.

Name the sections. “A cleaner page” is not a wireframe. If you skip Proof or put the form after a 14-item list with no CTA, you rebuilt the brochure.

Mobile, URLs, and wireframe check

Which URLs usually deserve a kill, redirect, or a rebuild that changes the next step? Select all that apply.
Cedar & Stone has no sticky click-to-call bar. An emergency-heat shopper is on a phone. What is the CRO move?
True or false: The shop’s hours should sit on the same tap target as the sticky click-to-call, not only on a separate Hours page.
What is the section order of a booking page written as a wireframe in words?
True or false: The keep/kill grade is finished when you recommend a Meta pixel on every Cedar & Stone URL.

Assignment

Cedar & Stone keep/kill + booking wireframe

Different business from Module 1 — Cedar & Stone HVAC only, not Northfield. (1) A keep/kill table for the five-page site (Home, About, Services, Financing, Contact) plus two rows Priya must not create: a sold-style dead end and a thin city doorway outside the service area. Columns: URL, verdict (keep / rebuild / redirect / noindex), booking impact. Services must confront the 14-item list with no next step. (2) An annotated wireframe in words with named sections in order: HeroOffer, ProofStrip, InventoryOrService, BookingForm, TrustFooter, plus StickyCallBar copy with hours on the tap. No fabricated analytics. No Ads match types. No Meta pixel plan.

Deliverable: 7-row keep/kill table + annotated named-section wireframe (including sticky bar + hours).

Write at least a short brief (80+ characters). A mentor reviews for a pass.
